NATURAL WAX™
Varnish Series Waxed Metals
2k two-component varnishes, the products of the series Natural Wax™ are able to create an highly resistant protective layer which does not allow the materials' washing away or the starting of oxidation processes in a permanent way, without the continuous maintenance or application of protective layers. The final aesthetic aspect of the treated support does not get altered in its natural colorations and it is not too plastic, fake or matt.
The oxidized and passivated metal supports which are protected with the Natural Wax™ cycle of painting can be used both for interior and for outdoor projects (through specific cycles), even on structured subjected to usury or foot traffic. Natural Wax™ is an encapsulating cycle, not an anti-rust cycle. For this reason it's not able to produce anti-oxyde actions.

TECHNOLOGY
Unlike the classical beeswax, NATURAL WAX™ creates a protective layer with a high resistance that permanently prevents the treated materials from the oxidation or the washing away process, without the continuous maintenance or application of protective layers. The final aesthetic supports’ aspect does not change in its natural colorations, and it does not become too plastic, fake or matt.
USE
Thanks to the employment of nanoceramic, non-yellowing resins which are highly resistant against weather, the metal oxidized supports protected with NATURAL WAX™ can be used both for outdoor and for interior workpieces, even on structures subjected to usury or foot traffic. NATURAL WAX™ products can be employed both on big and on small or medium size articles, because the product’s drying degree takes place both at room temperature and through the employment of a traditional oven.
These products can be applied both by pneumatic and electrostatic spraying.
Available in neutral version or personalized on sample.
Suitable for iron, natural iron, raw iron, black iron, pickled iron, calamine iron, bronze, brass, copper, Corten A-B-C (recommended for interior only), steel, stainless steel, steel 303, marine steel, nickel, titanium, rhodium, palladium, chrome, oxidized finishes, wire metal finishes, etched metals.
